Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof is a long-standing family estate in the Mosel region, renowned particularly for its Riesling-driven production. The estate was founded by Nicolaus Weis in 1947, and today it is led by third-generation winemaker Nik Weis. The background of St. Urbans-Hof combines post-war reconstruction, strong family ownership continuity, and determined work with some of the most prestigious vineyards in Mosel.
The style of the house is built on purity, freshness, and terroir. The conditions of the steep slopes of Mosel and Saar are reflected in the wines above all as fresh acidity, minerality, and aromatic richness. The host for the evening is the long-standing Export Director of the house, Martin Moll, who has years of experience with Mosel wines. He is responsible for the export markets of Nik Weis around the world and will share more details about the wines and the stories behind them during the dinner.
